Shipping & Taxes
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes. All our shipments are shipped with FedEx. Read more about delivery times in the table below. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail with the tracking number of your shipment. You can always log in on your account at conceptsdodeur.com to view your order history, print invoices and track you shipments.
TAXES AND DUTIES
All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning your order may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority. Product prices are displayed including Swedish VAT where it is applicable and exclusive of all other taxes and duties. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country.
FREE SHIPPING
Concepts d'Odeur offers free standard delivery on orders above € 300. Please note that free shipping automatically will be applied to your order at checkout.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
All payments are processed and protected by Shopify Payments, a payment service provided by Shopify International Ltd.
We accept the following payment methods:
—Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro
—Klarna (Europe only)
—Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay (not applicable in some geographies)
When paying with a credit card, the purchase amount is reserved once you receive the order confirmation and is debited once we have accepted your order by sending you the shipping confirmation. Payments are made in EUR for all shipments.
Please note that if you choose to pay by invoice or installments, additional fees may be applicable. If this is the case, the additional fees will be stated at checkout.
We are not responsible for any charges or penalties which may be imposed by the payment provider as result of payment being processed in respect of your order.
